Our Purpose
To assist the Board in developing standards of maintenance of existing common area landscaping and to assist in monitoring the performance of the contractors hired for maintenance, and improvement of the landscaping.
Volunteerism
One of the biggest benefits of having a Gardening Committee is that it fosters volunteerism. Care is taken to ensure that the landscaping plans and care of the property is for the greater good of our Condominium Community. The committee is made up of several volunteers who love to garden and create beauty within the Roxbury property.
Our Community
Landscaping no only helps a Condominium Building increase its’ property value, but it also positively impacts those that live in our community. Stunning green spaces and flower gardens enhance the surrounding property not only for the owners, but also for the neighbouring community. Our Gardening Committee welcomes new volunteers on an ongoing basis.
